**Please take note that our creative and production teams are working hard to ship your items ASAP after receiving your order, but because of shipping conditions during the holidays, and delays due to COVID, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Our manufacturing and creative teams reserve the right to refuse or cancel any project or product which they deem or interpret as being offensive, discriminatory, violent, sexual or inappropriate in any way shape or form.
Q. Can I return custom orders?
A. Before custom orders are manufactured, all customers will receive email samples of what the product will look like. Customers will have ample opportunity to request corrections and modifications to the order. Customers are given the opportunity to check for spelling and anything that does not align with their vision. Once custom orders are confirmed by the client via email and Eagle Design and Apparel has the green light to manufacture the custom product by the client, all custom orders are considered final. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Q. Do these shirts need special care?
A. Care instructions: As with any special printed shirt, in order to maximize the life of your design you should always wash the shirt inside out in cold water with like colored clothes. Air Dry or tumble gentle warm. Iron the shirts inside out.
Q. How soon should I expect my order?
A. All orders are expected to be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take longer. Tracking numbers will be provided for all packages. Eagle Design and Apparel is not responsible for delays that the postal service may experience.

A. Because providing quality merchandise is our primary objective, we only use products that have a great reputation and positive feedback. Some of the shirts that we use are:
